The Benefits:
Passion Flower - Studies suggest that passionflower works by increasing gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) in the brain. GABA is a naturally-occurring amino acid that reduces activity in the central nervous system. This results in relaxation, enhanced mood, better sleep, and pain relief.
peppermint - better digestion, and reduced pain from headaches. helpful for combating stress-inducing feelings such as anxiety. Peppermint tea may also be helpful if you're feeling fatigued
Chamomile - Chamomile tea is widely thought to help people relax and fall asleep
Skullcap - It has been used for more than 200 years as a mild relaxant and as a therapy for anxiety, nervous tension, and convulsions. Studies show American skullcap has significant antioxidant effects, and may help protect against neurological disorders, such as Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, anxiety, and depression.
Mugwort - With its powerful nervine qualities, mugwort tea might be very good for treating anxiety, depression, and chronic stress levels. This might help relieve stress on your nervous and metabolic system and may improve your quality of life if anxiety is something you experience on a daily basis.
damiana leaf - It is believed that Damiana was first used by the indigenous Guaycura in the Baja region of Mexico. Originally taken during religious ceremonies, it was later banned due to its "passion inspiring properties" getting out of hand!
One of the active constituents of this herb is thymol, and it is this compound that is responsible for Damiana’s life enhancing and stimulating effect on the mind and body. Many herbalists prescribe Damiana for mild to moderate depression, anxiety and nervous exhaustion. Its stimulating and restorative properties make it a valuable herb for anxiety and depression occurring together – as can often happen as a result of long term stress.

Rose petals - Reducing Anxiety. A cup of rose tea can help to soothe anxiety and reduce stress.
